Help To Get Pregnant

Best information and tips about help for pregnant women, help with pregnancy and pregnancy help

Are you struggling to get pregnant?

If you and your partner have decided that the time is right for you to
begin your family,
you may be thinking a lot about how you can manage to get pregnant
as fast as possible.
First of all, congratulations! Planning for a family is an exciting and
commendable undertaking.
You are in for an adventure that will last a lifetime.

When you are considering how you can best get pregnant fast, try to
remember that pregnancy is very difficult to control or force.

Here are 3 good tips to get pregnant fast and easily:
# Try to keep sex fun when you’re trying to conceive.
Use rooms other than the bedroom or schedule your babymaking
rendezvous for an odd time of day.
The rationale? You won’t be able to keep up the babymaking pace for
very long if sex starts feeling like a chore.
# Don’t hop up and run to the bathroom right after you make love.
Lying down for at least a few minutes (some fertility experts say five
minutes) after intercourse increases the odds that the sperm will be able to keep their date with the awaiting egg and that you’ll win at
baby roulette.
# Make love often during your fertile period (the five days leading up
to ovulation).
If you’ve got the stamina to make love at least every 48 hours, you
will ensure that there’s a fresh shipment of sperm waiting in the
fallopian tube at any given time.
Of course,
you can get too much of a good thing if your partner has a low sperm
count, so if you’re aware of a pre-existing fertility problem, you’ll want
to talk this issue over with your fertility specialist.

“The first thing couples need to do is to keep track of the intervals
between day one of bleeding and day one of their next cycle,” explains
fertility expert Mark P. Leondires, MD, medical director of Reproductive
Medical Associates of Connecticut in Norwalk.

The solution involves some simple math, he says.
If a woman is aware of her cycle interval and has a regular 28-day
cycle, “you take that number [28] and subtract 14, and that should
give you the approximate day of ovulation.
That is the day to work around,”

things a little clearer.
