I walk 1-2 miles every day and every time I get BH contractions while I’m walking. I know BH contractions this early are normal. However my last baby was premature so it makes me nervous. Is it something to be concerned about?

    Talk to your doctor.

I had bad BH starting around 12 weeks.

Talk to your doctor about it. BH arent strong enough to dialate or start real labor however they could be a sign of something brewing. I would suggest maybe walking less and limit it to only a few days a weeks instead of daily.

I wouldn’t worry about it. As long as they stop, you are fine. If they keep up after you have stopped walking, then keep track of them and call a doctor if they still haven’t stopped. That’s really the only time you need to worry. As long as you exercise within reason, they shouldn’t get worse. :-)
