ive had an ovarian cyst but it ruptured. it depends on how bad it is to know! you should ask a doctor. but i know you CAN get pregnant after because i know many who have! all i can say is see a doctor!
I would suggest that you talk to your Doctor about this one, he/she will be able to help answer these and any other questions you might want to ask.
There is always a 50-50 change to get or not get pregnant. You are more likely to get pregnant if you are healed and healthy than if you have a cyst in your ovary. I recommend you to be patient.
