Anyone get pregnant after using ovulation predictors?

I have irregular periods somewhat. Did the ovulation predictors work? Which brand is best? How long did it take after using the predictors for you to get pregnant? It took us a year to conceive our first but I miscarried at 4 months, now we’ve been trying for 5 months…Doc said it will probably take longer because of my irregular cycle…Any suggestions.
I have irregular periods too. I used a combination of ovulation predictors and having intercourse every other day around the time when I expected to ovulate. It worked for us. Women with regular period tend to know when they will ovulate approximately. I didn’t. So we started having intercourse every other day after around seven or ten days from the first day of my menstrual cycle, and kept doing that until I eventually ovulated. Ovulation predictors are helpful, but by the time you get a positive, it’s almost too late… so you need to be having sex before you actually get a positive result on the ovulation kit.

I to had irregular cycles, they were every 35-45 days before I would get one. I never could get those stupid predictors to work and I used just about every last one of them. It took us about 6 months of trying to finally get it right lol. Its just one of those hit or miss things. Just try a whole bunch lol and have fun

I used the ClearBlue monitor. That thing ROCKS. It’s a little more expensive than the regular strips, but it’s great. I actually bought one off of craigslist because I didn’t want to shell out the money for a new one at the store. I’m sitting here at 37 weeks pregnant, so yeah, it works!

yes, i used the forelife brand ones for this current pregancy, it worked!!!
They are good because they let you know when your close to ovulating so you can make the most of the time for baby making : )
