Can a girl, that is using a spermicide, get pregnant with out penetration, but having sperm around the vagina area?
Some people say that is possible, but is still possible if the girl is using a spermicide(nonoxinol9)?

It’s still possible, but the odds would be low. The spermicide will kill sperm but it’s still not 100% and just becasue there no penetration, the sperm can still reach the opening of the vagina and enter into your body.
Not very likely, but probable.
