My girlfriend took her last pill about 20 hours before we had sex and I ejaculated in her. Can she get pregnant?

As long as she keeps taking them normally and did so before then the chances are very slim as that is what the pill is meant to do!
You are meant to take the pill the same time every day which means there will be 24 hours between each pill and you will be protected. The only time you may not be as well protected is if she took the pill 12 hours later than usual
