I have some good news for you. When I got the Depo shot I never got my period. It does that to some women. So, she may be in the same boat as me. Lucky girl.
On the other hand, I dont know anyone personally but I have heard a women can get pregnant on the depo shot just like women get pregnant on the pill. It is not likely but it has happened.
It is possible.They recommend using a backup method for the first three weeks, until everything is in effect. Even then, nothing is 100% effective, although Depo gets pretty close. My third child was conceived while I was on the Depo shot.
The Depo shot is designed to stop a females menstural cycle for up to 3 months but it may be longer. I didnt get my period until 4 months after I got off of the Depo shot. She could be pregnant but it is highly unlikely. She didnt get her period because of the shot.. and she wont get it dfor 3 months.. The Depo shot does help prevent pregnancy but if you are worried that she may get pregnant then use protection!!

It is possible…..no birth control is 100%.
Not having a period is normal when your on the shot…
But I have heard so much bad stuff a bout this birth control….from people who have used it & my doctor.
It makes most people who take it gain weight, have other strange side effects….
it made one of my friends start losing her hair….true story..
& one of my other friends is on it and it just really messes with her body….
And also it can make it much harder for your girlfriend to conceive even later when she wants too…
I do not recommend this birth control at all…
But, if the only reason your scared she may be pregnant is because she has not got her period you can relax that is normal….
my friend has been on it six months and has not had a period at all.
