I doubt it. The baby girl (if the baby is a girl) probably will not have eggs yet. Therefore, it seems impossible to get that baby pregnant, although that would be weird if that baby was. No, I think another egg will come out and then there might be another baby. I hope both of them will be okay once they come out.
