My girlfriend is on the pill, but we had sex near the end of her period. She had only been back on the yellow pills for 1 day. Can she get pregnant from this?

She could, but it’s like a 0.01 chance as the pill is 99.9% effective.
Also, the ‘period’ you have when you on the pill isn’t actually a real period. It’s a fake one, to mimic the usual cycle. Which is why it’s good to occasionally let your body have a ‘true period’.
