Time it right. Make sure you are having sex the day before and the day of your ovulation.
Women typically ovulate 13-17 days after their last period, so, that week is the week you two should be getting it on! At least every other day, or once a day. No more than once a day though or he won’t have a high volume of sperm in his semen.

You can actually find out when you ovulate if you want to buy an ovulation predictor test from the drug store/Wal-Mart but they can be kind of pricey. Basically they give you about 7 test strips you pee on (much like a pregnancy test) and the hormone will show up as a line on the test, and that is when you know your body is releasing that egg! An ovulation predictor test kit costs around $20-$30.

After sex, lay on your back with a pillow under your butt for about twenty minutes. Read a magazine or take a nap.

Other than that, just make sure you are both healthy. Cut back drinking if you drink. Don’t smoke. Drink plenty of water. Water is essential because you need lots of fluids "down there" to become pregnant – the sperm need to be able to travel in a nice pathway of fertile cervical fluid, which is the clear or whitish stuff you sometimes find in your underwear. So stay hydrated.

Take prenatal vitamins. Drink green tea if you can – but don’t drink it once you become pregnant. Same with Red Raspberry Leaf tea, you can find it in health food stores (not raspberry flavored tea, it has to be specifically Red Raspberry Leaf tea… it is just green leaves and does not taste like raspberry!) It tones your uterus to prepare it to have a fertilized egg implant in it.

You might also find vitex supplements (also called "chasteberry") at the health food/natural food store too. Take those, and stop taking them once you become pregnant. This is an herb that helps regulate female hormones. It can be beneficial to women who don’t ovulate regularly.

Cut down on caffeine if you drink a lot of coke or coffee.

Finally, just don’t get too stressed out over it. Don’t turn sex into a strict, clinical procedure. Don’t tell him "I’m ovulating, we have to have sex now" because that can sometimes psych a guy out no matter how much he’s into it – just say "Come here, I want you!" and pounce. Keep it fun.

Expect that it may take a year. I know that sucks but it’s the truth. I know it’s unfair, since everyone in the world seems to be knocked up by accident or gets pregnant on the first try. But it can take a perfectly normal healthy young couple a year and a half to get pregnant! You have to remember that every month, even if you time it perfectly, you still only have a 20-25% chance you’ll get pregnant. This is because the sperm have to actually make it to the egg (which sometimes doesn’t happen, even when timed right), the egg has to be in good condition, the fertilized egg has to start dividing (which sometimes it doesn’t), the fertilized egg which is now dividing has to travel through the fallopian tube and implant into the uterus properly. Sometimes a fertilized egg never implants. All these little steps have to take place.

Take care. I hope you have your little one soon. I know exactly how you feel!

you need to just relax, forget about actually "babymaking" and enjoy yourselves. You might be trying to hard.

  4. MommaLoDayDay says:

google pc exercises. They are exercises he can do to help sperm buildup, And it can make him shoot across the room!
And go to walkmart get Answer ovulation predictor test..I think they were liek 11 bucks for 7 tests.
Then go home Look up a online ovulation predictor To see what it says around the time you will ovulate. And once you find that out start using the tests around them times to see what date you are really ovulating

aFTER years of trying right when i did those things i got pregnant the first ttry GOOD luck
