Wow! I asked this question many, many years ago, when I was in 6th grade health class! And the answer is no, you cannot get pregnant from swallowing sperm. To get pregnant, his penis has to enter your vagina (sexual intercourse) and he would need to ejaculate inside of you, and you would need an ovum present. The sperm joining the ovum is what causes pregnancy. That’s why its a great idea to wear a condom during intercourse if you don’t want to get pregnant or get STDs….and use a condom for oral sex too, to prevent STDs.
