Is it safe to consume sour, fermented, and spicy kimchi while trying to conceive?
I’m Korean, and my sister, too, LOL! She had 2 babies and still ate kimchee from time to time throughout both her pregnancies. She has two healthy kids.
kimchi may be fermented but it is bacteria free because of the vinegar. It is fine to eat it it is good for you.
