has anyone used any over the counter methods, or old wives tells, ate certain things or ANYTHING to help you get pregnant? i’d try anything. thank you so much.
well I here is what helped me conceive the very first month we started trying:
1- I used an application on iPhone, in which you keep track of your periods cycle and it tells you what are your 3 most fertile days and one day that you would most probably ovulate. You can use such calenders on internet as well, you only need to know the accurate length of your cycle, for me it was 32 days…
2- I then confirmed that ovulation day by using clearblue’s ovulation strip, it was positive for ovulation.
3-Then we had intercourse, 3, 4 times over the next 2 days…
4- After every time, you should keep lying down, and elevate your legs for at least 15 minutes… what I did was, I used to put my legs over my bed’s headboard (against the wall) and help them prop with lots of pillow… and for fun I used to ask my husband to do the same, because it feels a little stupid otherwise
The last one really helps… I got this advice from my sister who also benefited from this.. and now we are expecting only 3 weeks apart! =)

Having sex every other day will help your chances if you don’t know when you ovulate.
The best advice I can give you that is really simple is to have sex regularly. Don’t go more than 2-3 days without having sex. If you want to get pregnant faster use an ovulation test and start having sex as soon as it turns positive and keep having sex for about 3 days after.
