My husband and I have been trying to conceive for almost 9 months now and have not yet. My Obgyn did a blood test and discovered that I have low thyroid so now I’m on pills to balance it. I’m hoping I’ll be able to get pregnant now. Do you know any information about this or have a similiar situation with positive results?

i have an over active thyroid, but they both cause infertility. From what i know, once you’re on the right medication and you get your levels balanced you should be able to get pregnant. I was lucky enough not to have a problem conceiving, but the best thing you can do is ask your doctor, he can probably tell you more. Good luck!!
