A million things are possible, including the possibility that there was something genetic that was keeping you and your ex husband from conceiving. Without proper testing you’ll never know.
But since you did have a tubal reversal you should go in as soon as it is possible for an ultrasound just to confirm the baby is in the right place. Sometimes if a reversal isn’t completely successful the fertilized egg can get stuck in the tubes and that is dangerous for mom and baby. If I were you, I’d want to rule that out ASAP.
