We have been trying to conceive for over a year already I have stopped drinking coffe, alcohol, smoking and many other things. Does my husband need to stop doing all this as well? Please advice.

As far as I know that is a myth. But here are some really great website about fertility. They helped me and my husband when it came to conceiving.
Good luck, wishing all the best for you!
no shouldnt be a problem
it can only increase his sperm count if he does quit all of that, so it can’t hurt.
smoking and alcohol yes… but i’ve actually heard that caffeine stimulate sperm.
I think it’s not exactly scientifically proven.
But it’s what i’ve heard and am trying.
Good luck! *baby dust*
I’ve heard from web MD that smoking and the alcohol usage can and most likely will decrease sperm count. But i haven’t heard too much on caffeine for men, just don’t let him drink Mt. Dew lol it decreases sperm count drastically! good luck!

He should stop smoking and drinking. It can make your journey in conceiving more difficult (yet not impossible) if he does.
As far as caffeine goes, it can’t hurt to quit, but it’s not going to affect sperm as drastically as alcohol or tobacco.
Good luck!
