I just had a ultrasound and according to the CRL measurements, I’m about 8 weeks. How accurate is the measurements at this time of my pregnancy?
CRL in the first trimester is accurate within 3 days. As the pregnancy progresses dating estimates become less accurate (within 7 days in 2nd trimester by biparietal diametre).
Very accurate. I was charting and was pretty sure I conceived on March 28th from charting. My 8w4d ultrasound measured exactly to conceiving on March 28th. Ultrasound are most accurate between 7 and 10 weeks of pregnancy.
