I know that they have lab certified urine testing, however my appointment is tomorrow and that will be 5 days before my expected period. I don’t know if the results will be accurate, but I’m having pregnancy symptoms and I need to know if i’m pregnant as soon as possible because I’m taking medications that could be harmful to my baby.
My problem with those clinics is that they don’t tend to wait the full 3 minutes required for the test to read positive. I was pregnant when I went to the clinic and they said the test was negative. I felt pregnant so I bought 2 equate tests and they were positive. I went back to the clinic to have it done again and they said its negative. I had them show me the test, and it was positive.

if it says yes, your definitly pregnant. if it says no, double or triple check.
Then you should opt for a blood test and just skip the urine test. Because five days before a missed period. Most urine tests won’t come back positive that soon.
if your not to sure about the urine test have them do blood work on you just to make sure hope it helps
I’m not sure so don’t take this to heart, but I would say that its going to be hard for them to be able to tell tomorrow unless they can do a blood test. A Blood test will be able to be positive, but lots of people use urine test and they are negative the day their period is due. So in my opinion i would ask for a blood test.

It won’t be as accurate as a blood test at your doctor’s office, but if it says yes, you are pregnant. Since you are taking meds, contact your doc. You can get in right away to the lab.
Well the test itself will be accurate but whether or not the person who gives you the results will tell you the truth is another story. Many Christian based Crisis pregnancy testing centers that are anit abortion have been known to lie about the results. If you are pregnant and they suspect you will abort the baby they may lie and tell you that you aren’t so that by the time you do discover you are pregnant you can’t get an abortion. Not all do this but it has been known to happen. A hone pregnancy test cost less than 10 dollars and can be taken in the privacy of your own home.
