I have 2 boys and I really want to have a little girl so badly. How can I be sure that I can conceive a baby girl?
Ways to increase your chances but it’s not 100%–
Take cranberry capsules 1600 mg a day and drink lots of acidic juices like orange juice. It will change your ph more acid and Y sperm don’t survive well in it. But don’t over do it because you can become to acidic and it will kill both X and Y sperm. This is the same as the vinegar douching but douching washes cm out so it’s better to change ph with foods.
Have sex up to day of lh surge. X sperm (makes a girl) is a slower swimmer but hearty and lives longer.
Stay away from alkaline foods and drinks like coffee.

Have sex up until you get your LH surge, then stop.
Cranberry tablets, from end of period until Ovulation day
1000 mg of Calcium each day
Cut out red meat and sodium (salt) as much as possible
300 mg of Magnesium daily
Baby aspirin daily (thins out blood to help egg attach)
Evening Primrose Oil helps you produce fertile cervical mucus as well.
Have DH take a hot bath right before intercourse.
Shallow penetration, missionary position, no orgasm for you (sorry!)

i think its impossible to make 100% sure to have a girl. there are myths that say certain things can raise the chances, but im not sure if they really work. you can ask your doctor about stuff like that. she/he might have more information than people on the internet
Eat lots of salty food or acidic drinks such as lemonaid( sapose to Make the vagina more acidic= Boy sperm die in acidic and thrive in alkaline environement) Also Girl Sperm are slow swimmers So have sex early in ovulation window. You can always pay 1,300 and get he sperm dyed and the girls will glow under special light but i personally think its playing god whatever you do good luck and Baby Dust!!!!
All I can say is have test tube baby!.. You know go and let them take some eggs and sperm and determine the sex…But if you don’t want to do that then All I can say is prey to god only he gives you what he thinks is best! I think that if you really want a girl you have to believe and claim it and all is possible.
You can’t do anything to have a baby girl, unless you adopt one. I understand how you want a girl after two boys but think about if people start being able to choose the gender of their baby. It starts with just wanting one sex over the other, then you’ll be able to pick it, then you’ll want to choose the hair and eye color, other looks, before personality. Do you get what I’m saying?
Whether you have a girl or a boy is up to things higher than yourself. Whatever you have will be what you were meant to have. I do understand you wanting a girl, as I said, but why don’t you focus on the happiness of trying to have another bundle of joy rather than trying to make yourself have a girl.

Well you can NEVER be sure, but the only one that makes since is having sex before you ovulate because male sperm are smaller and faster and die faster and girl sperm are fatter slower and live longer SOOOOO if you have sex before you ovulate the male sperm should die off some before the egg is released and giving the girl sperm a better chance =) Best luck im doing the same thing
Timing intercourse for having a girl may be more challenging than trying for a boy. You will want to have sex several days before you ovulate. However, if you have intercourse too close to ovulation you may end up conceiving a boy. Sperm can live up to five days. You want to time intercourse so that you are having sex as far from ovulation as possible but still close enough that the sperm will still survive. The female sperm live longer than the male so if you time things right, the male sperm will not make it to the egg to fertilize it. You want to try not to have sex during the two days before your peak day. Unfortunately, if you don’t have a regular cycle or if you ovulate earlier than you normally do, you may end up having intercourse close enough to ovulation to conceive a boy.

There are only two methods for doing (both of which are incredibly expensive, experimental and has ethical issues) this currently. One is the sorting of the sperm to increase the odds of and X or Y chromosome. This is not is not a guarantee of gender, only of the increased chance of a specific gender. The second method separates the sperm as in the previous method then creates multiple embryos via invitro fertilization then uses genetic diagnostic testing to determine the gender of said embryo. The first method is generally successful about 90% of the time, the second about 99% (this is based on data from the organizations providing these services, not independently). Otherwise, there isn’t much one can do naturally. Men determine the gender, not us and to date their is no proven ‘natural’ method to conceive a particular gender. It’s either keep trying until your successful or learn to accept what is given to you in life and appreciate it for what it is.
