I was just wondering if you could tell if its pregnancy back pains or just normal lower back pains? and during pregnancy does your lower back swell a bit? just a random thought.
How far along are you? If you are in your late second semester or third semester it is probably the weight of the baby et al causing your back pain. Everything swells a bit during pregnancy. Write down these questions and ask your doctor during your next visit, they are familiar with you and can answer your questions and provide you with peace of mind much better than we can on this site. :^)
