Hi. I have been having twinges and a few cramps, lower back pain, headaches. I have been very moody (picking fights), sore breasts. However, I have been monitoring my temperatures and at one point in the day they’ll be 97 something and then later they’ll be 98.8 or 98.9.

    Sorry…but there isn’t a way to tell the difference between early pregnancy symptoms and PMS they are soo much alike. I would just wait until your missed period then test.

    You can’t tell. what it comes down to are the hormones they both produce are similar. And if you are having abnormal symptoms doesn’t mean your pregnant. Our cycles change as we age. So if we didn’t feel things when we were younger doesn’t mean thats how it’s always going to be. Or maybe the hormones in this cycle were greater than normal for whatever reason so it would cause pregnancy like symptoms. The only way to tell is a positive test or a missed period. People ask this question so often… the answer will stay the same each time lol
