I mean you need to fertilize an egg to get pregnant, but somehow he got pregnant? How? Does that mean he cheated on his wife with another man?
Donor insemination, of course. His wife couldn’t provide sperm, and he still had his reproductive organs from when he was a woman, so he had artificial insemination.

i know that was soo weird lol, but i looked more into it and he is really a girl but just changed his appearance to look like a guy, he had surgery and stuff.

from my understanding, the "man" used to be a female and had a sex change several years ago. they removed her ovaries but left the uterus. he (she) has gotten married since. his current wife was able to conceive but unable to carry a child. they did invitro fertilization on him and it successfully took. he will obviously have to have a c-section.
"dorkygue" is right . "he" still has her reproductive organs . The wife actually injected him ,err , her and dada — a man is pregnant .
It was by IVF and a ‘sperm donor’, the whole thing was agreed with his ‘wife’ before hand.
Birth will be by Cesarean section in the normal way.
