I recently found out that my left tube is severely blocked due to my C-section in 07. One Doctor says that I do not need surgery and one says that I do. What are the chances that the surgery will work, is it worth it and what are the chances of getting pregnant with only one good tube? Thank you!
i found it very hard we tryed for 3 years before the dr cleaned my tubes of all cyst’s etc.. and i fell pregnant within 3 months after that being done.
50-50 same as if you have 2 good tubes.
Well my friend had blocked tubes and she had surgery to fix the problem. I would look online and see if you can find info also speaking to more doctors would be good. I would say you could get pregnant but it might make it more difficult all you can do is try. Also if the one doctor said you don’t well try his way first and then if nothing surgery would probably be best. Good luck.
God can work with one tube, all things are possible with Him. Never give up hope, pray hard. Get a third opinion, then decide after much prayer. Research Robitussin, even doctors admit it helps women get pregnant, and don’t forget to hike those hips up on a pillow after wards for at least 30 minutes. The clear blue easy monitors also work great, the expensive one.

my friend has also got one heavily scar tube her specailest told her that the other should work fine and that there was no reasion she had not got preg yet she has been trying for 8 months with nothing happing but she went to second doc who had done blood test year before who re-did the blood work and there found out that her thyirod is out and thatwhats making her not get preg she just started meds so hopefully soon, surgy should be last result try all other stuff first coz there 1 tube working look for anyother underlying probs first hope that helps
