I’ve been trying to conceive for over a year now and no such luck. I do not have the money to but any books or get acupuncture or anything like that, so what should I do?
Live a healthy life style. Don’t smoke, limit your drinking, maintain a healthy weight, exercise, get enough sleep, avoid stress, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, etc.

You should be able to find references to books and you should be able to request them from your local library. what you do is notate the first day of your last period. then count 9 days. from the 9th day through the 19th day, have sex.
