How do I know when I’m ovulating? I mean, I know its like 12-16 days of your menstrual cycle. But how you you really know? Ive been trying for about 2 years and nothing. :( Is there a way I can get guaranteed results? I also want to know how I can go about getting a sperm analysis for my husband. He has two brothers who are having trouble conceiving too… So maybe a low sperm count? Is it hereditary? Im confused and depressed. :(

    Have sex … a LOT.

In all seriousness, you should try basal body temperature charting. You’ll know exactly when/if you’re ovulating and whether or not something else is wrong. It’s free (besides the cost of the thermometer) and it works. It took my husband and I exactly one month to conceive. Here’s a web site; check it out!

I know its harder for some than others to get pregnant. I used Web.md ‘s fertility calendar to help give me an idea for when Im ovulating. I also went to walmart and bought a ovulation test kit. It all seemed to help me… Good Luck!
