It’s safe as long as no one has an STD. If so, use proper protection. You might not be able to do missionary if her stomach is getting in the way. I had to stop because I couldn’t breathe, which isn’t very enjoyable. From behind, or with her on top are most likely going to be the most comfortable for her. I personally don’t like being on top with my big belly, but you didn’t mention how far along she is.
As for toys, they are safe as long as they are sanitary. Hope I could be of some help. But don’t worry about the sex part, it’s definitely safe clear up until labor.

So long as your girlfriend has experienced no bleeding during the pregnancy then it is perfectly safe to make love as often as you both feel comfortable with. As the pregnancy progresess it would be painful for your girlfriend if you were to place your weight on her abdomen. Any position is ok, as for toys…be careful introducing vibrating toys into the vagina too high in pregnancy or at all because of the risk of infection.
When I was pregnant, My husband and I made love almost up to the due date. You are not going to hurt the baby in anyway. The only time I would say its not safe is if the doctor has put her on bed rest, or has said no penetration. I am not sure how I am suppose to word this but, don’t, be on top unless you are not pressing up against her if her belling is large (its uncomfortable for her) I found the easiest way would be for her to lay on her side you you be behind her on your side, and also, for her to be on her side you down between her legs as if you were doing it missionary style.
