I see how some people are very skinny after giving birth & how others gain a lot more weight. There are women that I see who are skinny before pregnancy & gain weight & can’t keep it off, & there are other women who are obese before pregnancy & lose a whole bunch of weight after having a baby, but they don’t even eat right or exercise. It just comes off naturally. Also, what is Lamaze? Is it yoga for pregnancy to teach people how to breathe correctly before having a baby for when they do have a baby?

1. Breastfeeding. Just by breastfeeding you will lose 500 calories a day, and in the same time your baby are having the goodies from you.
2. Exercise appropriately and eat wisely
3. Get a buddy to help motivating you? Maybe have a benign competition with another friend of yours who also gave birth around the same time?
4. Get help from specialist(s). Be it doctors, weight loss specialist and instructors.
1
Get a workout buddy or support buddy. Find someone with similar goals and to support and keep you on track with your fitness goals. I have a friend I talk to daily on messenger and she helps me stay motivated and achieve my fitness goals.
2
Set a goal for yourself. Whether it be to lose 10 lbs or fit into those size 4 jeans, set a time frame and then when you reach that goal, reward yourself with some new clothes or your favorite free meal.
3
Take pictures. Take a picture of yourself in swim suit or shorts and after a couple weeks of workouts, take another picture and compare. It’s a great motivational tool when you see the results!
4
Cut out a motivational picture. Look in magazines or online and choose a body type that you would like to have. Hang it on your fridge and look at it every day. Envision yourself looking like that picture. When you are on the treadmill and getting tired, think of that picture and push yourself to work even harder to reach that goal.
5
Plan your workouts. When you make a plan to go running or lift some weights, you are more likely to actually DO them, so sit down and plan when and what workouts you want to do for a whole week.
Good Luck and Take care
, you can do this!!
Limit yourself on the fatty foods, i mean 4,500 calories! if you don’t wacth out all that fat foods can clog your arteries which can be very dangerous. So modarate what you eat and try to have some fruits and some veggies or salads at least once a day, and if your having salads cut down on the ranch its too much sugar and salad can still taste good without dressing. Good luck!.
you answered your own question about lamaze. as for losing weight theres not much you can do but eat healthy, chasing your new baby around should help you drop some weight. i gained alot after my first son due to my birthcontrol and i was still breast feeding.
