How Do you get them pregnant? And what’s the youngest age they can get pregnant?
There’s two ways, under the romance tab it will be an option: try for baby OR if two people are relaxing on the bed, all you do is click on your partner and it will give you the option of woohooing or trying for a baby.
I believe the youngest is the Young Adult. But I just got the game so i don’t know

START BANGING ON THE BED
You can get pregnant by Having in Bed A Boy. It will say the option "Try for A Baby". The Sim will refuse if you do not know the sim well enough. The Youngest Age to get Pregnant is "Young Adult". Your sim will experience sickness like vomitting, Etc. Recommended to read pregancy books. Then in the mean time you will get a baby. The baby MAY cary your sims traits as they grow older and complete your lifetime wish! :]]
