I am trying to have a baby. I’m pretty young, and healthy and I would like to know how hard it is to actually conceive? I just started charting to help me determine when I am ovulating. After looking up some information I began to think that i am ovulating right now. Should I have sex today to maybe help me get pregnant sooner? I have noticed that my cervix is soft, high, and slightly open. If I were to be ovulating, and i have sex today, would i get pregnant right away? I’m not using any form of protection.

nope me n my boyfriend had sex everyday during fertile n ovulation and i didn’t pregnant
Try to use this ovulation calendar tool http://www.eovulation.com/ovulation-calendar/ to trace your cycle and find the date of ovulation.
Depends on the couple.I had baby #1 using condoms, baby #2 while on the pill and baby #3 took us 2 months of ttc.Other people it takes them years to finally get pregnant. You won’t know how easy or hard it will be for you until you start trying.Just remember to relax, have sex when you want to not when the chart says you should and enjoy yourself.Good luck.
I just needed to wink at my wife
A woman has a 20% chance in any given month of conceiving even if she does have sex when she is ovulating.
you have a 20% chance at conceiving apparently, just having unprotected sex. so, have him finish in you, and 14 days after your period.. have all the sex you can get! because that’ll be when you’re most likely to get pregnant. have sex once or twice a day as well, if you get the chance. the most sex, the bigger chance of getting pregnant.
i think it all depends on how fertile you are. when i stopped taking birth control pills i got pregnant in less than a month! it took my friend on the other hand about 3 months to conceive so everyone is different. my advice is to have sex before, and during the time you are ovulating since sperm can survive in your body for up to 3 days i believe. good luck, it might take some time but just keep trying!
