I was looking on a online dissection website, and it had a pregnant cat.
Unless the cat died while pregnant, for natural causes most likely, how can it be legal?
?
That’s a C-Section.
I meant dissection.

Sorry,I did say dissection.

Sometimes the laws can be pretty lenient when it comes to scientific research and discovery. Dissected cats have usually died of natural causes (like disease or cancer) or unnatural (like hit by a car) and were donated to the university by the humane society. Some cats just happen to be pregnant at the time – but the point is that they were already dead one way or another BEFORE they were sent to the university.
oohh i seee, that is disgusting. i almost barfed i was eating…u shoulda given a warnign.
I think it would be legal if that cat died like you sed, but sumtimes when people dont buy cats, they store owners have to kill them. SO im guessing instead of letting them die liek that they donate them to the facilities that dissect to "learn"
