The majority of women experience a miscarriage when the start trying to concieve. The difference is that some miscarry without even knowing they were doing so or were pregnant. I would say to not let it get you down and to try again. You say its been a month you should be fine to start trying again. If you keep having trouble then I would talk to your doctor and seek fertility help! I wish you both the best of luck!

Take folic acid. If you’ve had a normal cycle, you can go ahead and try to conceive again.

If you’ve been trying for 2-1/2 years, you might want to consider going for an evaluation.

it is very likely as after a miscarriage your system is clean, it is very safe unless a doctor told you a reason not to. you can use your vitamins they make you stronger and is very important in the babys growth. good luck!

I say get on prenatal vitamins when you start trying to conceive anyway. So yes folic acid is a great idea. And give yourself three months to heal from the miscarriage. A miscarriage has the same effects on a women’s body as labor and delivery only smaller.
