I am using vaginal spermicide suppositories (Encare) and nothing else. My husband and I had sex last night and he finished in me, we didn’t use anything else.

    Around 22 women out of 100 in a year using Encare alone became pregnant.

    It should be used with another form of birth control -
    Some women that have used Encare introduce their babies as " This is little Bobby, our Encare baby!
