My husband and I are trying to get pregnant and I am a day late with my period. I took two pregnancy tests first thing this morning and both had very faint plus signs indicating pregnancy. I just wanted to know if anyone knew the liklihood of both being false positives.

Check again in a couple of days. Make sure you use an early detection test and use the 1st. urine of the morning, as it’s more concentrated.

pregnancy test work by detecting hormones that your body only produce when your pregnant and it is really hard to get a false positive so two is practically impossible, your definitely pregnant. if you just don’t trust it then go to your doctor and get a blood test but i would say your definitely pregnant. congratulations and good luck
I got the same faint line and now I am 25 weeks pregnant. What I did was buy the first response digital because I had a really faint line. The digital came up "yes" that evening. I know they say to use the first urine but I held it for 4 hours took the test and got a "yes".
