I got the shot in April 2008. I only go it once && my husband && I are trying to conceive again. I was wondering if anyone could tell me about how long it will take for me to conceive since I only got the one shot. Any answers would be very helpful. Thank You
Well I only got one shot too. I got it in December, so it was "over" in March. Then my husband and I started TTC. We have yet to get lucky. It can take up to a year for the hormones and stuff to fully get out of your system. (I wish I had paid more attention to that before i got it.) I went to my Dr. cause the shot made my period disappear. He put me on Provera to restart my period, then birth control to regulate my period that way hubby and i can know when I’m ovulating and such. Good luck TTC though
