We are currently trying to become pregnant and as I have never been before I don’t know how far along you are before you start to have symptoms. (I am a momoftwo, but they are my step-daughters.) I appreciate any help or advice.

It is completely different for everyone, and can even differ for the same person with different pregnancies. You could start to feel sick in the first week, or you could never feel sick at all through the entire pregnancy. You will start to show eventually, but again this is different for every woman, and sometimes happens within only a couple months and sometimes doesn’t happen much for 4-5 months or more.
Many get the bump at 6 weeks.
i think its not for the first few weeks,
Depends on how fast your body grows, it might be 2 weeks and it may take as long as 6 months.
3 months u really start to show
Well, I got terrible sickness and that started right away. I felt kicking about 4 months and that is around the same time I noticed my clothing was a little tight.
Good luck to you!
as far as i know, changes happen after the first month….
8-10 weeks
well, some people get morning sickness as soon as a month but some never do. u usually start showing at about 4 months.
tender breasts….are usually the first sign…and throwing up..this can happen within a WEEk of having a baby being made..it varies with each woman.
You show signs from the very beginning…tired, appetite increases, morning sickness? As far as showing, the first one not until 5-6 months..
it is diffrent for all women depends of you shape and size just let god handle it ok
Depends on whether you have ever been pregnant. If not, usually within the first month you can see the shape of a woman’s body change, and when they sit down a little ball forms in the abdomen — big visible changes — 3-5 months.
Frequent urination might be first clue. If you missed your monthly cycle, use a home tester and find out for sure.
I am 5 months along with my 1st.
I had suspitions after i was 3 days late on my monthly.
My boobs hurt REAL bad… I went tot he drug store and bought a digital preg test and it showed YES.
I have never had morning sickness and I just started showing.
So i think my boobs being abnormally sore was my 1st sign and then the preg test just confirmed it.
good luck
sometimes the nausea and sensitivity to smell starts as early as a week…sometimes it doesn’t come till 4 or 5 weeks… the nausea doesn’t always come, but the sensitivity to smell usually does. also you start showing at different times. i was 4 months along with my first before i got the tiniest bump…(then it exploded into a beach ball after that!) but with #2, i started showing at 5 weeks. everyone is different. good luck.
I only got a bump at 5 months. Morning sickness from about 3 months. But the "girls" grew right from the start!!! "giggle" Good Luck! x
Everyone is different, but u usually see signs around 2-4 weeks along. Some people get sick right away others don’t until later on. First sign is a missed period then a lot of times u can get nausea, fatigue, indigestion, and even headaches. Like I said everyones different, and you will know, u always get that feeling…its instinct
Each woman (and pregnancy!) is different. With my 1st I didn’t know until I was 4 months along. No morning sickness or showing; and I still had a period each month. I only knew because I finally stopped having a period and my breasts grew 2 cup sizes! With my 2nd I knew right away because we were trying. I didn’t get my period when it was expected 4 weeks after my ovulation day. I still didn’t start showing until about 4 months and my breasts grew 1 cup size this time. No morning sickness 2nd time around either! (How lucky I was!)
You can start to see symptoms between 2 and 6 weeks if your body is sensitive to the pregnancy (morning sickness, lack of period). You can go quite a bit longer though too. Look for a lack of a period about 6 weeks after ovulation day. That’s a first tell tale symptom. Good luck to you!
