I have a really big balloon molly and it looks a few weeks pregnant, can i keep her in the small breeding trap for 4 or 5 weeks? Will she get stressed out?
No, you shouldn’t do that. It IS stressful to her and may make her not have the babies or have them prematurely. If you suspect she’s a few weeks from birth, then just go ahead and leave her in the tank a few more weeks, she should never spend more than a couple days in the breeder, especially if it’s small.
