Have you ever thought you couldnt get preggo them BOOM you got pregnant. Im asking this because me and my boyfriend have been having unprotected sex for two years and i’ve neevr gotten pregnant yet. How long did it take you to get pregnant?
Also we have sex two times a week. Oh and im young lol.
My first pregnancy was unplanned,was not ready, hadn’t even thought of kids.
My second pregnancy was an idea, we talked about kids and bang i was pregnant.
My third (current) pregnancy we were discussing when to have our next child, the age gap we wanted etc, too bad as i was pregnant
If you are aiming for a baby and honestly trying then chart your cycle and find when you ovulate. Sex the 4 days prior to ovulation is the best chance of pregnancy as sperm is waiting for the egg to be released and can pounce
If you are not sure about your ovulation, there are ovulation kits out there to help.
Another way is to have sex every second day from the last day of your period up until your next period is due. This ensures sperm is present right through your cycle and gives a good chance of pregnancy.
If unfortunately you don’t succeed, seek medical assistance for you and your boyfriend. They will investigate, find answers, offer options and suggestions.
Add: I was told when i was 18 that my fertility was halved. I had complications with a medical condition and was told my right fallopian tube/ovary has been affected and i may need help with pregnancy.
My obs has told me the last two pregnancies have occured from the right ovary – hah i proved those doctors wrong lol
we weren’t trying…and BOOM it happened. It was a surprise….one night without protection and here we are! So excited though and i can not wait!
I had unprotected sex for 3 months and I didn’t end up pregnant until I actually calculated my ovulation cycle.
If you were to have sex while you were ovulating….I bet you would end up pregnant within a few months.
So don’t think that you can’t get pregnant. If you aren’t trying then I suggest you get on birth control.

We actually used an ovulation kit because I have endometriosis and have had trouble trying to get pregnant before. I had my surgery for my endo and we were excited to get pregnant right away so we figured we would try the kit. Now I’m sure these results aren’t typical but first try we got it and now 19 wks! Never would we have guessed it would have happened so quickly. So keep your chin up I’m sure it will happen for you as well
I got pregnant a week or two after I told my boyfriend I didn’t want any kids right now lol and here I am 34 weeks pregnant lol It will happen when it’s time.
It took us 5 months of trying. You may just not be doing it on the right days, but I would go ahead and see a doctor about it. Maybe if you do have an issue you can get it resolved before you really start trying for kids.
