How long do i wait after coming off of the injection before i have a cycle and am able to conceive?

I came off of the injection 5 and 1/2 mnths ago, i have still not have a period and am unsure if i am even able to conceive, the doctors have told me that they can not do a fertillity test yet but me and my partner a desperate for a baby, what can i do?
It sounds like you are trying to hard and need to relax. Instead of trying to have sex spend more time on foreplay and it will relax you a lot more and allow your body to do the job it needs to do.

about all you CAN do is wait…I too was on the horrid depo and it took me about 10 months to get back somewhat normal periods…my first period (which was at month 6 after the last one supposedly wore off) lasted a good 3 weeks, so obviously wasn’t normal…
It can take up to 2 years to get periods back on track and to get full fertility back…however the average for both (strangely) is 10 months after the first missed injection, so 13 months after you had your last depo shot. I do know a few women who have gone on to rather quickly conceive, but for the most of us, we just have to wait it out…

Oh, you may also want to try taking Agnus Castus…it might jump start your periods and help them to regulate more quickly…i wish I’d known about such a thing when I was coming off the depo…
