I had unprotected sex almost three weeks ago. Would a pregnancy test be accurate and be able to tell if Im pregnant, or do I have to wait longer?

it can be but just to make sure just wait 5 days before missed period for an accurate result good luck
best/first day ..missed period
its too early right now
yes it would work
Have you missed your period? You can usually test two weeks after conception, or on the first day of your missed period. So you should be able to test now.
usually you go by when you period should have started. if your period is late you could find out now. if your period isn’t due for a fw days then you could get first response, they will tell you 5 days before your missed period
Best time to wait is until after you miss a period. It MAY work, some women can get a positive 10 days past ovulation, you may be one of them. I got a positive two days after the first day of my missed period with my second baby. With my first I hesitated to test so I’m not sure how early I could’ve got a positive.
It’s best to wait and see if your period is late before taking a pregnancy test. If you take one now, it will probably show up as negative even if you ARE pregnant, as you probably wouldn’t have enough of the pregnancy hormone in your urine to cause a test to show up as positive yet.
Just wait and see if your period is late before taking a test.
If it’s late by more than two or three days, take a test.
Good luck!
