So I finally got my period since having my last depo shot in June of 2007. Long time huh?! So how long could it take for me to get pregnant?? Does this mean I am ovulating? I am TTCing with my hubby. We are excited to have a baby. But I am a lil paranoid, that we may not be able to get pregnant. Has anyone else had experiences with this?
it usually takes up to 2 years to get pregnant after getting off the shot. good luck!
It’s not necessarily bleeding whihc gets you pregnant but ovulation. Just because you bled doesn’t mean that you ovulate.
Once you ovulate there is a good chance getting pregnant.
I was asking the same ? Beacuse like you I was taking depo and I’m now ttc. My dr said that normally it take 12 to 24 months after you stop taking it but everyone is diff. I hav been of since aug. 2007 and I pretty sure I just had a miscarrage (but I want know for sure until the tests come back) I know that’s sad but I also have other probs so that’s what caused this. but I just wanted to let u know because this means that u could posible get preg any time… So good luck hope thing work out wonderfully for u
