Well, I am currently pregnant with my third child, and I can tell you from experience that each pregnancy is different. My first pregnancy, well I didn’t feel any symptoms until after I missed my period and I had every symptom with her. With my second pregnancy, I didn’t have any symptoms other than AF cramping and that happened 2 weeks before I found out. And well, with this pregnancy, I don’t have any symptoms at all, I just had the gut feeling a week or so ago that AF would not show up. The doc thought I was crazy until she did a blood test and told me I was pregnant. Hope that helps!!

I got pinchy/crampy feelings pretty much right away, but the morning sickness didn’t start until week 8. Tiredness and extreme hunger came around the same time (yes, I was still hungry even though I was sick). At week 17 I started getting round ligament pain. At week 18/19 I started feeling the baby move!

three days after conception. I was queasy, tired, and my breasts hurt. I told my hubby we were pregnant and he didnt believe me until the HPT.

I started noticing sore nipples, bluish veins in my thighs when showering, and a queasy stomach at around 6 weeks. At 8 weeks I started having morning sickness and very frequent migraines. I also started getting moodier and more emotional around 8 weeks and then at 10 weeks started getting very sensitive.
