How many of you ladies "tried to conceive" and actually conceived within a short time?

"After one month of trying I became pregnant and had a beautiful healthy boy!"

"After over 7 years of trying to conceive and thousands of dollars spent on infertility treatments, I had actually succeeded to get pregnant the natural way without any drugs or medical intervention "

" I just wanted to say thank you for writing this program and for giving hope to women at my age. I am 46 and I am finally going to be a mother."

i see lots of women on here ttc ..but how many actually conceive..cuz it seems theyre always trying??
also, does monitoring everything, bbt, mucus, etc..helped anyone conceived ?

It always seems that when your not trying, people get pregnant! haha, but for my husband & I we have charted everything for the past year, we are going to the doctor on Friday, to get checked out! Nervous! arrrgghhhh!! haha… But there are some women who it seems like when they sneeze they get pregnant! haha
Hopefully we will be getting our BFP soon
My husband and I are apparently very compatible, we got pregnant the first time by accident and the 2nd time we got pregnant on my first fertile cycle of trying.
I just counted the days of my cycle and we had sex on days 12 – 16.
My husband and I have ttc twice and got pregnant the first month both times. I am very happy and realize that we were extremely lucky. My heart goes out to these women who have trouble getting pregnant as my best friend is one of them. Good luck to all of you. My last pregnancy ended in miscarriage at 11 weeks so I will be ttc again next month and can only hope I am as lucky as in the past.
I never charted just used over the counter ovulation predictor kits.
well this is the "trying to concieve" section…..when people do concieve they graduate to the "pregnancy" section….thats why you don’t see them much in this one…….but to answer your other question……tracking all that stuff is vital in concieving!!
My first time was by not planned and now I’ve been trying for 16 months, I think this is my month ( post depo )
I just paid attention to my period/ovulation days on one of those websites to calculate it. Luckily, it was pretty easy for me. I know alot of people who try for years without luck.
Well with my first pregnancy it took about 3 months, then ended in m/c.. Then my second pregnancy it took 7 mons.. But both times i’ve concieved in the first month using OPK’s.. Now I’m TTc again 7 mons. but the opk’s don’t seem to find my surge.. Good Luck!
Thats all we seem to do try and try an try and then upset when every body around us is getting pregnant or people desperately trying for #3 when all we want is one. Still trying at 5 months
Hiya
I tried since Dec 2007 doing the CM monitoring and nothing so I gave up hope and three days ago I got my BFP!!!!
Now im fretting that something bad will happen so the worry never stops even when you reach that precious goal. I think the lesson there was try and relax about it. Yes I know its very hard but you need to. Once you get that BFP the waiting is def worth it.
DH and I are on our 7th month of TTC #1, I am monitoring my CM and basal temps and we have recently had semen analysis done on DH (waiting for results) and labs on me to see if something is out of wack hormonally. We’re still waiting for our first BFP!
