I miscarried on the 9th of feb and now Im alittle discouraged being we tried so long to finally conceive, then to have lost our baby at just 7 wks. I was just wanted to know how long after your miscarriage did you conceive again? ( if you were gonna say see a doc, i have a ob/gyn appt soon)
hi Stacey…. i kno wat ur going thru.. iv been thru the same…i hav a history of 2 miscarriages… last one last yr 10 feb.. ur gyn wud be in a better position to tell u wen to conceive…it is very imp to detect the reason for ur m/c… if ur m/c has happened due to some medical grounds i wud suggest u first get it treated so as to avoid another m/c in future…..
giv ur self some time to come out of it… and then u can start again …. and beleive me u wud conceive again and wid a healthy pregnancy….
anyways doc says anything b/w 3-6 months is ok to conceive again…
we r ttc for 2 months now and we took a gap og 8 monthsbefore trying again…

my doctor had us wait for 3 consecutive periods after the miscarriage before we tried again. that second time, we got pregnant right away. ss you have to go through this, i know it is hard. but keep the faith .. keeping fingers crossed for ya’s!!
I had a miscarriage in june of last year at 8-9weeks. My ob never gave me any length of time that i had to wait but my husband was away the following 2 mths anyway. Im now nearly 12 weeks so we conceived in dec. So 6mths later. I got to hear and see the heart beating at 9weeks and my ob said my chance of miscarriage was down to 1%. Very reassuring but i will feel alot better when im out of the first trimester. Good Luck
I miscarried on Jan 14, and I just found out on Monday, that I am pregnant again!
So, it took 2 weeks, after miscarriage.
My gyno didn’t give me any set time as to when I should TTC again, and when I told I was TTC right away, he didn’t say not to.

Depends on the strength of your womb rite now. It will be wise to wait for a few months at least to try again, until ur womb has repair itself and becomes strong enough to carry the weight of a developing baby. good luck!!
