Your most fertile time is approx 14-15 days starting from the day you got your period, if you are saying you had unprotected sex 21 after you finished your period which means you would have been pretty much due for your period I would doubt you would get pregnant then but in saying that its not impossible.
Since you got your period sounds negative to me.
