i have been trying for 5 months to get pregnant i am a lezbian so im getting a sperm donor but yet again i have started my monthly cycle…i need some answers on how to improve my chances of getting pregnant..
IUI w/the donated sperm at your Dr’s office. If you don’t get pregnant soon, see if they will give you fertility drugs to force ovulation, like Femara or Clomid and a trigger shot.

Silly question, but I take it you are using the donor sperm before, during and for a day after ovulation?
You need to be sure of your ovulation date to give yourself the best possible chance of conception and make sure you have sex (or insemination) for at least five days prior to ovulation, during ovulation and the day after.
Some people recommend lying in bed with your legs raised for half an hour after the process to keep the swimmers inside. Also, the physical act of orgasm AFTER insemination has been proven to help move the sperm into the correct position.
Other things to improve your chances are to stop smoking, quit caffeine (coffee, fizzy drinks, chocolate etc), take folic acid, take magnesium and take zinc.
