How would the woman be giving birth to an anchor baby if she is legal as your question suggests? Michelle and Bobby are NOT anchor babies as their parents were in the US legally.
Given your question it looks like the woman is legal. So the baby would be also. How can someone force someone to conceive? I could understand rape but you are not saying rape but force to conceive so this doesn’t make since.
