I stopped taking the pill a while ago as it just didn’t work for me, I was getting headaches etc. My boyfriend came in me and I was under the illusion I could just start taking the pill the day after and finish that 30 day set and I wouldn’t get pregnant. Is that correct?

There is a guideline that states that you should take e-pills for at least 12 days in order to make it work, before starting to have intercourse. E-pill is not like the "remorse pill", it has different function and trigger mechanism.
If it has been less than 3 days, id take a remorse pill so you wont get pregnant, if more, only sure way is to make pregnancy test to see if you had a accident (7-12 days), if less than 10 days, there’s more effective chemical abortion available at hospital.
If the e-pill is not an option due headache, pain, any other discomfort for you, there’s always alternative. If your BF does not like the lubber, the tophat, sheepskin… you name it… its time to evaluate the partnership. Rubber, even double contraception is only safest way to prevent pregnancy and STD´s. Is your health less important than your companion? if so, your companion really does not care for you as much (sorry, just my opinion, i don’tt know really him, so i cant really tell, its not my place to tell, just how i would feel for my companion)
Nope. The pill takes up to 7 days to start preventing pregnancy. If its been in the last 72 hours that the unprotected sex occurred, go get the morning after pill.
I wouldn’t rely on taking a pill one day after sex to stop you from getting pregnant. If you stopped taking the pill over a week ago then ovulation could have occurred. You probably have a good chance of getting pregnant.
Yes, it can take a few months AFTER you begin to take the pill for it to prvent pregnancy to it’s highest potential.
Yes, you can get knocked up.
Sigh.
