Is it the best way to conceive and if so why?
i would think as long as you had sex. But, missionary is, from what i heard, the best, as it goes deeper and closer to the cervix.
I heard missionary was..because he will most likely target the cervix better when he ejaculates..

You should stay in bed right after you make love. Don’t get up, even if you have to pee (which they tell you, you should go pee to prevent any yeast infections……..) but when you are trying to conceive you should stay laying down and elevate your legs at least 25 degrees.
It works.
Missionary position deposits/pools the sperm back where the cervix is so it’s the best unless you have a tilted cervix then doggie style would be the best.
