I have heard it a lot where i come from that its necessary for a women to have an orgasm in order to get pregnant,i mean men and women have to get to their climax together in order to get pregnant.

I"ve only heard this when trying to concieve a boy. The orgasm makes it easier for the y-sperm to get to the egg better if the woman has an orgasm first, but it has nothing to do with getting pregnant.

Only the male has to ejaculate in the women. and even when the male is just hard there is whats called pre-cum on the tip of the penis. which is why you can get pregnant even if the man pulls out before ejaculating.

Nope, not at all. Some people believe that if the man ejaculates (orgasms first) then the woman does afterwards, it somehow "pulls" his semen further up into her, due to the uterus contracting. Maybe it does, but it’s not necessary for conception to occur. His swimmers can get to their destination all by themselves.
