I heard caffeine is bad for you…Is it ok to drink sweet tea while trying to conceive?
A little bit in moderation is not bad for you while trying to conceive or while being pregnant. Ask your doctor about the appropriate amounts that are safe for you.
I switched to decaf for the most part and and drank 2 cups – 3 at the most of caffeinated coffee a day and nothing more.
Large amounts of caffeine are not good for you while pregnant. I drank tea and soda when i got pregnant so i don’t think it will prevent you from getting pregnant but once you are pregnant you should cut back on it.
